A reply from Jens at Thorlabs: yes, the scratch-dig paddle is available. We currently have 19pcs on stock and can ship anytime.

Manual Vacuum Pick-up Tool (ESD21)

Note that using vacuum tweezers improperly can damage an optic. The metal extension tube may contact your optic if the suction cup is pressed against the optic too hard. Proper usage instructions are included with the tweezers and should be followed.
