S05LEDM with LED (Sold Separately)

The LEDMF LED Mount is designed to hold any of Thorlabs' T1-3/4 or TO-18 packages using one of the included adapter rings (Ø4.7 mm adapter for TO-18 or Ø5 mm adapter for T1-3/4). The L-shaped mount has a countersunk through hole suitable for an 8-32 (M4) cap screw so that the LEDMF can be attached to a TR Series Post.
The S05LEDM and S1LEDM LED Mounts are SM05-threaded (0.535"-40) and SM1-threaded (1.035"-40), respectively. They are designed to hold any of Thorlabs' TO-18, TO-39, TO-46, or T1-3/4 packages using the included adapter rings. The external threading on these mounts allows them to be used in a wide variety of SM05 or SM1-compatible optomechanics, including our Kinematic Mounts, Lens Tubes, XY Translating Mounts, 16 mm Cage Plates (SM05-compatible), and 30 mm Cage Plates (SM1-compatible).
To aid in threading the retaining ring into the mount, we manufacture several spanner wrenches. The SPW301 and SPW801 Spanner Wrenches are compatible with the S05LEDM, while the SPW909 and SPW801 Spanner Wrenches are compatible with the S1LEDM.
The S05LM9 and S1LM9 Laser Diode Mounts are designed for mounting Ø5.6 mm or Ø9 m laser diodes directly into our SM05 or SM1 lens tube systems, respectively. Both laser diode mounts are packaged with one aluminum adapter and two black retaining rings; if using the mount with a Ø9 mm diode, simply use the thinner black retaining ring to secure the diode into place. Alternatively, if the mount is to be used with a Ø5.6 mm diode, the aluminum adapter is first placed inside the main housing; then, the Ø5.6 mm diode is secured into place using the thicker black retaining ring. These mounts are designed such that the laser diode is aligned to the optical axis of the lens tube, enabling easy assembly of lens tube-based setups.
To mount the S05LM9 laser diode mount in a lens tube, we recommend using the SPW301 or SPW801 Spanner Wrenches together with an SM05RR Retaining Ring. For the S1LM9 laser diode mount, we recommend the SPW909 or SPW801 Spanner Wrenches together with an SM1RR Retaining Ring.

LM9F with a Ø5.6 mm Adapter and Laser Diode
The LM9F laser diode mount provides a simple solution for quick and easy mounting of Ø5.6 mm or Ø9 mm laser diodes that do not require temperature control. An included adapter for mounting Ø5.6 mm diodes is shown to the right. The Ø5.6 mm diode is secured by clamping the diode within the adapter. In addition, the M4 (8-32) counterbore on this mount allows it to be secured to our standard line of mounting posts, letting you easily set the height and direction of the laser diode.
The PTLB1 is designed to mount an LPS or LPM series pigtail to either a breadboard or a TR post. The universal mounting design alows the L-bracket to be mounted to either imperial or metric components. The PTLB1 has a 13/32"-40 tap through the center of the mounting area, allowing the end user to plug the pigtail into an SR9 (ESD protection and strain relief cable). The PTLB1 provides an easy and convenient way to mount pigtails in most applications.
