Accessories for Flexure Stages

Thorlabs offers flexure stage accessories for its nanopositioning stages. Our kinematic platforms match the deck height of our 3-axis flexure stages and provide a combination of pitch, roll, and yaw adjustment. Adapter plates and extension platforms allow for more flexible mounting surfaces. As our flexure stages are commonly used in fiber coupling applications, fiber components such as fiber rotators and holders are offered. Other accessories include fixed and kinematic optic mounts and a laser diode mount.
