Laser Diodes by Package

Thorlabs offers an extensive selection of laser diodes, with packages ranging from standard Ø5.6 mm, Ø9 mm, butterfly, laser pigtail, chip on submount, to C-mount package styles. Choose from output in the 375 - 2000 nm range and powers up to 3 W. Additionally, some of our Ø5.6 mm diodes include an SM05-threaded housing for integration into our cage and lens tube systems. Thorlabs is pleased to introduce our line of two-tab c-mount Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs), which emit in the mid infrared.
