	Adds the ability to disable the requirement to push the rotary controls to enable adjustment
	with the command pushdisable=1, once disabled it can be enabled with the command pushdisable=0

v1.09 MDT694B Firmware Release - Change log

	Update makes the MDT694B compatible with the MDT69xB v2.0 application software.
	Without this update the 694B will not function with the application software and 
	will cause the software to report an error when you try connecting to the 694B.
