Ø1" (Ø25.0 mm) Post Horizontal Mounting Platforms
C1015 Mounting Bracket
Adjustable Height Collar
The C1015(/M) Horizontal Mounting Bracket and the C1019(/M) Adjustable-Height Platform are both compatible with Ø1" (Ø25.0 mm) Posts. The C1015(/M) offers six #8 (M4) counterbored mounting holes and a #8 (M4) counterbored slot. Alternatively, the detachable bracket can be repositioned so that the surface with the #8 (M4) counterbores is secured to the clamp using 8-32 (M4 x 0.7) screws (not included), providing access to six 1/4" (M6) counterbored holes and a 1/4" (M6) slot. The C1019(/M) offers thirteen 8-32
The C10QR(/M) Quick-Release Handle, included with the C1015(/M) bracket and C1019(/M) platform, is also available separately below. The handle allows for a simple and reliable way of securing these clamps to a post. It is 1.44" (36.5 mm) long and contains a 1/4"-20 (M6) threaded stud that engages the part by simply rotating the handle. Once the handle is tightened to secure a clamp to a post, the internal ratchet-type mechanism allows for the handle's rotational position to be adjusted without actuating the mounting stud. Simply pull the handle outwards to disengage it from the mounting stud then rotate it to a more convenient position. This feature ensures that the handle will always be accessible to the user.
The RSHA(/M) Adjustable Height Collar, also sold below, offers increased control over positioning. The RSHA(/M) collar acts as a fine height adjuster with up to 0.20'' (5.1 mm) of vertical adjustment, has a resolution of 0.025" (0.64 mm) per revolution of the actuator ring, and is compatible with our Ø1'' (Ø25.0 mm) posts.

Dimensions and Mounting Features
The C1015(/M) mounting bracket fits Ø1" (Ø25.0 mm) posts. The detachable angle bracket provides an array of mounting options including six #8 (M4) counterbored mounting holes and a 1" (25.4 mm) long, #8 (M4) clearance slot. It can be removed and flipped to offer access to six 1/4" (M6) counterbores and a 1/4" (M6) counterbored slot. In this alternate configuration, 8-32 (M4 x 0.7) screws (not included) are required to mount the bracket to the clamp.
A quick-release handle [Item# C10QR(/M)] is used to secure the clamp in place once the desired height has been reached.

C1019 Dimensions and Mounting Features
The C1019(/M) mounting bracket fits Ø1" (Ø25.0 mm) posts. The platform has thirteen 8-32 (M4 x 0.7) and nine 1/4"-20 (M6 x 1.0) mounting holes (see the diagram to the right).
The clamp provides 1.75" (44.4 mm) of height adjustment above the top of a post; at least 1/4" (6.4 mm) of the post must be engaged with the clamp for stable mounting. Loosening or tightening the 3/16" (5.0 mm) hex cap screw located on the side of the clamp adjusts the pre-tension, allowing the user to set how loose the clamp will be when sliding it down the post. The included quick-release handle [Item# C10QR(/M)] should be used to secure the clamp in place once the desired height has been reached.

The C10QR(/M) Quick-Release Handle, included with the Ø1" post clamps above, is also offered separately. In many cases a cap screw is used to lock a flexure-based clamp in place on a post, which requires a balldriver for adjustments. Depending on the mounted load, using a balldriver can be difficult, or even unsafe. This quick-release handle mitigates this problem by allowing the clamp to be hand-tightened, ensuring better control over the amount of torque applied to tighten or loosen the clamp. This also decreases the amount of time needed for basic setup and alignment by eliminating the need for additional balldrivers and allowing for a quick way to secure a clamp.
Once installed, rotating the 1.44" (36.5 mm) long handle engages a 1/4"-20 (M6 x 1.0) threaded stud to tighten or loosen the clamp. The internal ratchet-type mechanism allows for the handle's rotational position to be adjusted without actuating the mounting stud. Simply pull the handle outwards to disengage it from the mounting stud, as shown in the image to the right, then rotate it to a more convenient position. This feature ensures that the handle will always be accessible to the user.
The RSHA(/M) Adjustable Height Collar for Ø1" (25.0 mm) Posts offers convenient height adjustment for post mounted hardware. An easy-to-access actuator ring allows fine height adjustment at 0.025" (0.64 mm) per revolution. This collar also allows components to be freely rotated without changing height.
To use, slip the collar over a Ø1" (Ø25.0 mm) post and hold at the desired height. Tighten the 1/4"-20 (M6) cap screw to secure the collar's position on the post via the flexure clamp. Place an optomechanic around the post on top of the collar and twist the actuator ring to adjust the component's height. The height can be fixed by turning the attached slotted locking ring, which includes four slots that can be used with our SPW504 Spanner Wrench. The nylon ring on top of the collar prevents marring while adjusting the height.
