Menlo Systems' flexible, fiber-coupled antenna modules for 1560 nm lasers are the unique solution for flexible, robust, all-fiber terahertz time domain spectroscopy systems. The high-power antenna technology is based on InGaAs/InAlAs multilayered mesa structures for the emitter and the receiver. For maximum THz bandwidth, Menlo Systems offers separate units optimized to act as the emitter and the detector. The polarization-maintaining (PM) coupling fiber ensures reliable and stable operation, even under harsh environmental conditions.

To view lenses designed for the terahertz regime, see Menlo Systems' THz lenses.

For complete terahertz solutions that include a laser source and data acquisition hardware and software, see the TERA-K15-SYNC, TERA-SMART, and TERA-ASOPS spectrometer systems.

Hello, could you tell me the value of the photocurrent you obtain with 10mW optical power, and 35V bias ? THank you

Response from Jeremy at Thorlabs: When the TERA8-1 are tested with 30VDC bias and 10mW optical power, the typical current is 40uA. Menlo Systems should have the test report for your particular antenna on file. You can contact them at sales@menlosystems.com for the test report.

Hello, could you specify which Si-lenses you use for the 800 and 1550nm driven THz-Antennas and what the beam profile looks like after the Si-Lense (NA, intensity profile)? Regards, Dominik
