Thorlabs offers a selection of Silicon (Si) amplified detectors that include Transimpedance Photodetectors, Fast PIN (RF) Photodetectors, and Avalanche Photodetectors. Free-space and fiber coupled options are available, as well as photodetectors on circuit boards ideal for OEM applications. We also offer a USB DAQ Si Amplified Photodetector with virtual two-channel oscilloscope software that reads the signals from the DAQ. Additionally, fiber adapters can be used with select free-space detectors for added functionality, and our spectral response flattening filters improve the response uniformity of silicon detectors.
